Curiosity improves our brain function

So much changes in our world, and our brain, when we approach it from a curious stance. This is especially true when we want to change something; ask what would make it better?

When we were young, life was all about exploring, right? What’s behind the couch? Where did the ball go?

Somewhere we lost a lot of that exploring as we matured. Now, it is relegated to the Research and Development department, right?

Think how much younger we’d feel if we explored something daily. Don’t wait for  a deadline or “have to” to try a new route to work, check out a city park, or go to the top floor of your building.

Want to change your stress level? Come up with a new possibility daily. It can become a game. And, you might improve a lot of things!!
